A custom CRM that turns inbound leads into revenue
2019–2021Moore Legal Technology generates business for the UK's leading law practices. They needed a way to show their clients exactly how much revenue they were leaving on the table from inbound leads.
I built a custom CRM platform in Laravel and Vue.js that pulls in website contact submissions and call data from third-party systems, aggregating everything into a single dashboard. The platform automatically identifies and flags outstanding opportunities, nudging law firms to follow up before leads go cold.
The result is a tool that directly demonstrates MLT's value to their clients through real data and measurable outcomes.
