Maintenance, support and feature development for a plastics manufacturer
2022Jonesco Plastics is a plastics manufacturer, and I look after the ongoing maintenance, support and development of their Statamic site.
The engagement covers the day to day upkeep of the site: keeping dependencies current, fixing issues as they arise, and acting as the ongoing technical point of contact whenever something needs attention.
Alongside the maintenance work, I built their product download centre. It lets customers browse the catalogue and assemble a personalised list of technical specifications for specific products, then take those specs away in one place. It turns a scattered set of product documents into a self serve tool that customers can use directly.
The site runs on Statamic and Laravel, and the work spans the full stack with a particular focus on the backend that powers the download centre.
